The program combines strength training, cardiovascular and flexibility exercises.

Looking for sport specific training? Let our personal trainers help! Get sport specific with your personal trainer. Sport-specific training focuses on performance enhancement and injury prevention. This training is scheduled on an individual basis and is based on your specific needs and goals.

Cancellation Policy: Clients are responsible for informing their trainer 24 hours in advance if they are unable to make a scheduled session. Make up session will be given on a case by case basis.

Payment Policy: All sessions must be paid for in full in advance prior to the initial session with trainer. Paid sessions expire 6 months after the date of purchase. No refunds.

Small Group Training

Receive individualized attention and desired results while working out with some of your friends and/or family. You are responsible for acquiring workout partner/group. Appointments must be completed together.
