Personal Training*

Personal Training is designed to enhance physical fitness and meet a participant’s personal wellness goals.  Each personal training session is an hour long and can be broken down into 30-minute sessions.

Partner Training

Take your fitness to the next level with a friend! Our certified personal trainers at the YMCA can help you and your partner achieve each of your goals whether it’s to lose a few pounds or train for a marathon. Our trainers will design a workout program that’s beneficial for both!

Program Fees:

  • Buddy training (2 people-1 session) – Member $35 PP     Non-member $55 PP
  • Buddy training (2 people–5 sessions) – Member $150 PP     Non-member $250 PP
