Couch to 5K
Join the Couch to 5k program to walk, jog or run your first 5K! Meet once a week for strength training exercises designed to help you become a stronger runner, complete workouts on your own throughout the week provided by your coach. To receive a t-shirt, finish with a 5K at the Middle Tyger Park.

Start Date: Monday, May 15th
Time: Monday’s 10:15-10:45am or 6:00-6:30pm (choose one) *No meeting on Memorial Day.
Ages: Open to Adults & Ages 13+
Cost: $20/Member
*Choose to meet up every Monday for strength training guidance at 10:15-10:45am or 6:00-6:30pm. Finish with a 5k on July 8th.
